本文以PW3-10型10吨程序控制高频万能疲劳试验机(红山材料试验机厂生产)为例,提出一种检测疲劳试验机动态力值的新方法。该法采用了压电石英力传感器,低频电荷放大器和数字指示器组成的校准系统。优点是频率响应特性好;数字显示能满足一定的精度;轻便;可供研究静态和动态两者之间的关系。因此,作者认为通过实验,积累数据和统计分析很有可能取代PW3-10型疲劳机中的机械光学测力计。
In this paper, PW3-10 type 10-ton controlled high-frequency universal fatigue testing machine (Hongshan Material Testing Machine Factory production) as an example, a new method for testing dynamic force value of fatigue testing machine is proposed. The method uses a piezoelectric quartz force sensor, a low-frequency charge amplifier and a digital indicator calibration system. Advantages of good frequency response; digital display to meet a certain accuracy; lightweight; for the study of static and dynamic relationship between the two. Therefore, the author believes that it is possible to replace the mechanical optical dynamometer in PW3-10 fatigue machine by experiment, accumulating data and statistical analysis.
