目的探讨磷脂酶D(phospholipase D,PLD)1,2在日光性角化病、Bowen病和浸润性鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测PLD1和PLD2在正常人皮肤组织、日光性角化病、Bowen病和浸润性皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况。结果与正常皮肤组织比较,日光性角化病、Bowen病和浸润性鳞状细胞癌中PLD1的表达水平显著降低(P均<0.05)。日光性角化病中PLD2的表达水平显著高于正常表皮(P<0.05),Bowen病和浸润性鳞状细胞癌的PLD2表达水平显著高于正常表皮(P均<0.05)和日光性角化病(P均<0.05)。结论 PLD1的表达下调和PLD2的表达上调与浸润性鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展可能相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of phospholipase D (PLD) 1,2 in solar keratosis, Bowen’s disease and invasive squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PLD1 and PLD2 in normal human skin, solar keratosis, Bowen’s disease and invasive cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Results Compared with normal skin tissue, the expression of PLD1 in solar keratosis, Bowen’s disease and invasive squamous cell carcinoma was significantly decreased (all P <0.05). The expression of PLD2 in solar keratosis was significantly higher than that in normal epidermis (P <0.05). The expression of PLD2 in Bowen’s disease and invasive squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal epidermis (P <0.05) and solar keratosis Disease (all P <0.05). Conclusion The down-regulation of PLD1 and the up-regulation of PLD2 may be related to the occurrence and development of invasive squamous cell carcinoma.
