震动落砂机是铸铁车间用于清理铸件的主要设备。它在使用时会产生大量的粉尘,不仅使落砂机操作工人和天车司机容易患矽肺病,而且严重影响整个车间的环境卫生。我厂根据生产情况,采用了由三面围挡、顶面和一个侧面敞开的吸尘罩,两套布袋除尘器组成的排尘装置。实践证明,除尘效率达到96%以上,落砂机周围操作点的粉尘浓度为1.6毫克/米~3,室外除尘器排气筒的粉尘排放量为2.6毫克/米~3,二者均低于国家规定的排放标准。
