要将机车动车牵引电动机所有的出厂试验都自动化一般讲是困难的,这是因为试验项目的范围极广且内容依电动机和机车动车的种类而异。然而今天阻碍自动化的问题由于能适用于试验过程自动化的,配备了适当软件的微型计算机的问世得到了解决。这个时期我们研制了一种重点在测量的机车动车牵引电动机自动测量试验装置,作为试验过程自动化的第一步。这个装置能进行线圈电阻测量,温升试验,速度—电流特性试验和换向试验。虽然它的操作仍然是手动的,但像操作程序的指示测量、各种参数的计算、检验这些参数是否符合规格等方面的功能则完全是自动的。这个装置还能检测出规定值和运行中实际值之差,并且能对电动机的过流、超速和过热进行监视,因而大大地减轻了操作者的负担。
It is generally difficult to automate all of the factory tests for locomotive traction motors because of the breadth of pilot projects and the variations in motor and locomotive types. However, the problems that hinder automation today are solved by the advent of microcomputers equipped with appropriate software that can be adapted to the testing process. During this period, we developed an automatic measurement test device for locomotive traction traction motor with emphasis on measurement as the first step in the automation of the test process. This device is capable of coil resistance measurement, temperature rise test, speed-current characteristic test and commutation test. Although its operation is still manual, functions such as indication measurement of operating procedures, calculation of various parameters, and verification of conformity of these parameters with specifications are completely automatic. This unit also detects the difference between the nominal value and actual value in operation and monitors overcurrent, overspeed and overheating of the motor, thus greatly reducing the burden on the operator.
