目的研究当归[Angelica Sinensis(Oliv.)Diels]的大极性化学成分。方法应用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为反式阿魏酸(trans-ferulic acid,1),顺式阿魏酸(cis-ferulic acid,2),川芎内酯Ⅰ(senkyunolideⅠ,3),布雷菌素A(brefeldin A,4),五加苷B1(eleutheroside B1,5),E-松柏苷(E-coniferin,6),愈创木基丙三醇(guaiacylglycerol,7),淫羊藿次苷F2(icariside F2,8),马鞭草烯酮-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(verbenone-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,9)。结论化合物5~9均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the large polar chemical composition of Angelica Sinensis (Oliv.) Diels. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were determined by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as trans-ferulic acid (1), cis-ferulic acid (2), senkyunolideⅠ (3) Brefeldin A (4), eleutheroside B1, E-coniferin (6), guaiacylglycerol (7), ivermethrin F2 (icariside F2,8) and verbenone-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9). Conclusion Compounds 5 to 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
