目的:探讨反安慰剂效应的临床表现、作用机制,为医院药学服务提供新的视角。方法:从心理学的角度对反安慰剂效应的机制进行首创性研究,并简述国外对反安慰剂效应的神经机制的研究成果,对药学服务提出了独立的见解。结果:反安慰剂效应可能通过外界的暗示和自我暗示起效;不仅是药物本身,医患之间的信赖关系、医务人员的言行举止、患者亲友的态度等都有重要的影响;优秀的药师除具备较高的专业水平外,还要有一定的实践经验和良好的沟通能力。结论:药师应充分认识药物的负面作用,重视患者及其家人的用药心理,做好药学服务工作,减少或避免反安慰效应的发生。
Objective: To explore the clinical manifestations and mechanism of anti-placebo effect and to provide a new perspective for hospital pharmacy services. Methods: From the psychology point of view, we first conducted a research on the mechanism of anti-placebo effect and briefly summarized the foreign research results on the neural mechanism of anti-placebo effect and put forward independent opinions on the pharmacy service. Results: The anti-placebo effect may be triggered by outside cues and self-cues; not only the drug itself, the trust relationship between doctors and patients, the demeanor of medical personnel, the attitude of relatives and friends of patients, etc. Excellent pharmacists In addition to having a high professional level, but also have some practical experience and good communication skills.
