房室传导的空隙现象(Gap phenomenon)是指在心动周期中某个时相到达的冲动不能通过传导组织下传,而早于这个时相及晚于这个时相到达的冲动却能通过传导组织下传,这一时相区域称为空隙区。这一现象是电生理研究进展中引人注目的课题。用心腔内多电极导管检测技术通过心房程序调搏,同时描记心房、希氏束、心室电活动波为研究空隙现象的机理提供了精确而可靠的方法。经食道心房调搏法亦能揭示此现象,本文报告2例并结合文献分析讨论。
