我国制砖工业,目前除少数工厂采用人工干燥砖坯法代替原来的自然干燥外,一般都还受着天时影响,非但寒天必须停工,而且雨天也不能制坯,在雨季往往因坯子干燥慢,供应不上烧窑的需要,影响窑的周转。由于各种条件的限制,在今后一个时期内还不可能完全避免雨季减产的影响。在这样的自然影响下,如何采取适当措施增加产量减少损耗是制砖工业当前应该注意的问题。现在就原料上、制坯、护坯、焙烧等各方面提出几点意见:
