近年来,随着经济社会的发展,我国基层群众文化建设工作取得了不错的发展成就,极大地丰富了社会大众的文化生活。但是,基层群众文化建设工作仍存在着很多的不足之处,离满足大众精神文化需要的要求仍有很大差距。因此,我们要不断强化基层群众文化建设工作,加强群众文化团队和文化设施建设,逐渐满足人们的精神文化需求。本文将对新时期基层群众文化的建设与发展进行研究分析,以期给相关研究者以有益借鉴。
In recent years, with the economic and social development, the grassroots people’s cultural construction in our country has made good achievements in development and greatly enriched the cultural life of the general public. However, there are still many deficiencies in the work of grassroots cultural construction and there is still a long way to go to meet the needs of the general public for spiritual and cultural needs. Therefore, we must continuously strengthen the work of grassroots cultural construction, strengthen the construction of mass cultural teams and cultural facilities, and gradually meet people’s spiritual and cultural needs. This article will carry on the research and analysis to the construction and development of grass-roots mass culture in the new era, with the hope to give the relevant researchers useful reference.
