电机工作温度对电机的性能和稳定性有很大的影响,目前国外采用耐高温绝缘磁钢片产品制作电机定子转子,可有效降低电机工作温度,提高电机性能和稳定性。合成了一种耐150℃高温无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂,配合相应的处理工艺,成功应用于高温大功率小体积电机磁钢片。使用该种电机磁钢片可以使电机的工作温度降低30℃左右,接近国外同类产品水平,提高了电机系统的耐温水平和使用稳定性,减少了经济损失,填补了国内空白。
Motor operating temperature of the motor performance and stability have a great impact, the current foreign high temperature insulation magnetic steel products made of motor stator rotor, can effectively reduce the motor operating temperature and improve motor performance and stability. A 150 ℃ high temperature solvent-free polyurethane adhesive was synthesized. With the corresponding treatment process, it was successfully applied to the high-temperature and high-power small-volume motor steel sheet. The use of such kind of motor magnetic steel sheet can reduce the working temperature of the motor by about 30 ℃, close to the level of similar foreign products, improve the temperature resistance and stability of the motor system, reduce the economic loss, and fill the domestic blank.
