针对多绳摩擦提升机箕斗的实际数据参数和理论数据之间有较大的误差,影响箕斗选择的准确性,根据工况条件分析了传统箕斗选择方法,并对多组实际数据参数进行分析,采用不同建模方法建立多个数学模型。运用MATLAB GUI软件制作数据处理和分析的最优模型选择界面,显示出各模型的结果曲线及柱状示意图,并依据实际和理论数据之间的检验误差,从多个数学模型中筛选出最优模型。设计了提升设备的选型计算软件,方便用户使用并能不断地完善和扩充其他功能。
