目的寻找促进柴胡幼苗矮化壮苗的生长调节剂及其最佳处理浓度。方法对北柴胡新品种中柴2号-叶期幼苗进行包括赤霉素、缩节胺、多效唑、烯效唑及6-卞氨基嘌呤的生长调节剂处理,利用筛选出的烯效唑对幼苗在0~100mg/L浓度范围内设置6个梯度处理。结果喷施浓度为31.8~39.6 mg/L的烯效唑可以在不影响柴胡根部生长的同时控制地上部位增长以增加根冠比、促进叶绿素含量增加,以实现柴胡苗期矮化壮苗。结论研究对柴胡集中育苗及密化栽培具有重要意义。
Aim To find the growth regulators and the optimal treatment concentrations for promoting seedling growth of Bupleurum chinense seedlings. Methods The new Bupleurum Zhongcha No. 2-leaf stage seedlings were treated with growth regulators including GA, Amine, PP334, Uniconazole and 6-BAP, using the selected uniconazole pairs Seedlings in the concentration range of 0 ~ 100mg / L set six gradient processing.
