信息熵作为热力熵和统计熵的推广,已从通信系统延伸到生命科学、信息科学、经济学和社会学等领域。人类可以利用信息熵的思想研究复杂系统的演进,利用信息论中的模型和算法研究复杂系统的表达,可以说,信息熵和信息论的思想可以用来描述和刻画整个世界的发展和演化。本论文以信息熵理论的核心思想建构大数据复杂系统中的企业营销模型。大数据环境中TPWKR营销模型的价值在于可以减少信息的无序和混乱程度,一对一的个性定制和推送使系统更有序,熵在减少,负熵在增加,此模型可以优化信息结构,帮助企业和消费者作出最优决策,TPWKR的五阶段营销模型符合互联网发展和人类演进的规律。
As a generalization of thermodynamic entropy and statistical entropy, information entropy extends from communication systems to life sciences, information science, economics and sociology. Human beings can use the idea of information entropy to study the evolution of complex systems and use the models and algorithms in information theory to study the representation of complex systems. It can be said that the ideas of information entropy and information theory can be used to describe and characterize the development and evolution of the whole world. This dissertation constructs the corporate marketing model in the big data complex system based on the core idea of information entropy theory. The value of TPWKR marketing model in big data environment is to reduce the disorder and chaos of information. One to one personalized customization and push make the system more orderly, the entropy is decreasing and the negative entropy is increasing. This model can optimize the information structure, To help enterprises and consumers make the best decisions, TPWKR’s five-stage marketing model accords with the rules of Internet development and human evolution.
