“脱域”式的院校培训与教师的现实生活是分离的,行走中的教师培训组织——“巡陪团”参与培训模式,更符合中小学教师的实际需要。其操作思路:组建专业的巡陪团组织、建立校际共享的巡陪工作资源库、巡陪团走进中小学中并建立与中小学的稳固联系、撰写巡陪工作报告等;其政策保障:在优化培训结构中为巡陪团组建扫平认识障碍、政府为巡陪团出资、建立巡陪团成员流动考核与管理机制;其可行性:教师的工学矛盾决定了进校培训的便利性、助推校本培训、对个性化教师成长的“个别化指导”、教师培训组织的创新。
