为进一步满足客户日益增长的服务需求,中国联通晋中分公司(以下简称晋中联通)以提升客户感知为中心,以客户需求为出发点,全力创建“全员、全业务、全过程”的大服务机制,深入开展“三达标”竞赛活动,适时推出宽带预受理标准化、流程化、信息化重要举措,改善了服务质量,促进了业务发展,取得了良好的企业效益和社会效益。截至5月底,晋中联通主营业务收入增幅显著,总量提升至全省第三,其收入在全省的占比达到9.51%;通服收入进度良好,完成预算进度全省排名第二,同比增幅全省第一。
