随着建筑业的发展,建筑信息模型(BIM)在建设项目的生命周期中已成为一个强大的动态决策工具,然而,BIM技术的传播扩散缓慢而有限,其作为主流工具使用的现象仅出现在少数国家。结合BIM特性,通过将UTAUT进行相应改进,提出一个综合研究模型来分析BIM技术采纳的影响因素,基于对建筑从业人员的问卷调查数据,采用结构方程对该模型进行实证剖析。研究结果表明:感知有用性和任务技术匹配度是BIM技术采纳的主要影响因素;促进条件和任务技术匹配度不但作用于使用行为,同时又是提升感知有用性和感知易用性的引导因素。研究结果启示:BIM技术推广主体不应将所有注意力集中放在BIM技术扩散速度上,相反,思考BIM自身的任务技术匹配度以及如何提高用户感知有用性才是目前亟待解决的问题。
With the development of the construction industry, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has become a powerful dynamic decision-making tool in the life cycle of construction projects. However, the spread of BIM technology is slow and limited. The phenomenon of its use as a mainstream tool appears only in A few countries. Combining the characteristics of BIM and UTAUT, a comprehensive research model is proposed to analyze the influencing factors adopted by BIM technology. Based on the questionnaire survey data of construction practitioners, the structural equation is used to empirically analyze the model. The results show that the perceived usefulness and task technology match degree are the main influencing factors of BIM technology adoption. The match between promotion and task technologies not only acts on the use behavior, but also is the leading factor to improve perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The findings suggest that the main body of BIM technology promotion should not focus all attention on the diffusion speed of BIM technology. On the contrary, it is an urgent issue to think about BIM’s own task technology matching degree and how to improve user perceived usefulness.
