目前兼职教师已经成为了民办高职院校师资力量中的重要组成部分,对于办学经验尚不丰富的民办高职院校来说,对兼职教师的管理力度和管理方式还存在着诸多亟待解决的问题。本文旨在通过对民办高职院校兼职教师管理现状的调查分析,试图探索民办高职院校兼职教师管理的新途径,以达到加强民办高职院校师资队伍建设,促进其健康发展的目的。
At present, part-time teachers have become an important part of the teachers’ strength in private higher vocational colleges. For private higher vocational colleges that have not yet experienced in running a school, there are still many problems to be solved in the management and management of part-time teachers problem. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the status quo of part-time teacher management in private higher vocational colleges and try to explore new ways of managing part-time teachers in private higher vocational colleges so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the teaching staff construction in private higher vocational colleges and promoting their healthy development .
