近10多年来,我院收治各型重症病毒性肝炎共335例,其中并发内脏曲菌感染10例,报告如下。 临床资料 本组重症病毒性肝炎病例的诊断按1985年全国病毒性肝炎学术会议所订标准。计亚急性重症肝炎7例、慢性重症肝炎3例。内脏曲菌病的诊断依据: 1、具有肺部感染的临床表现及肺部X线照片符合真菌感染的变化,多次痰培养获得曲菌生长者8例, 2、尸检证实多脏器播散性曲菌感染者1例。
