本文系电子计算机放样在冶金工业上的应用,属于计算机应用软件。本文介绍了电子计算机对高炉炉皮放样的原理及计算程序;所论述的通用程序经过了实践考验,可以信赖;可供全国冶金企业在自动化制作高炉炉皮时参考。在为水城钢厂制作高炉炉皮时采用了本程序,其效果是节省钢材,节省油毡纸,减轻工人的体力、脑力劳动强度,提高了加工精度,大大节省了加工时间.
This article is the application of computer lofting in the metallurgical industry, belonging to the computer application software. This paper introduces the principle and calculation procedure of electronic computer for setting out the blast furnace skin. The general procedure discussed has been tested by practice and can be trusted. It can be used as reference for the national metallurgical enterprises in the automated production of blast furnace skin. This procedure is used when making the blast furnace skin for Shuicheng Steel Works. The effect is to save the steel, save the linoleum paper, reduce the physical and mental strength of the workers, improve the processing precision and save the processing time greatly.
