高职教育主要是培养应用技能型人才,如何使我们的教学内容与市场需求更贴近,有效提升教师自身的教育教学方法,使课程教学与职业岗位能力需求相吻合、有效的培养与提高学生的职业技能,达到提高课程教学质量、实现高职人才培养目标是值得我们认真思考的一个问题。文章结合自身教学的体会,提出了对高职教学质量提高的几点认识。
Higher vocational education is mainly to train skilled personnel, how to make our teaching content closer to the market demand, effectively improve teachers’ own teaching methods, make the teaching of teaching and vocational ability demand consistent with the effective training and improvement of students Vocational skills, to achieve the goal of improving the quality of teaching and realizing the goal of higher vocational personnel training is worth our serious consideration. Based on the experience of self-teaching, the article puts forward some cognitions on the improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational education.
