目的 了解生长突增性激素、生长激素和甲状腺素变化的规律。方法 对 2 2名青春期儿童 (男、女各半 )加速期与减速期的血清生长激素 (GH)、促甲状腺素 (TSH)、促卵泡成熟素 (FSH)、睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )含量进行测定。结果 男女血清T水平减速期高于加速期 ,差异有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;FSH、E2 男女均表现为减速期低于加速期 ,差异有极显著意义 ;TSH减速期低于加速期 ,男P <0 .0 5 ,女P <0 .0 1;GH减速期略高于加速期 ,但差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 青春期生长突增主要受性激素的调控。
Objective To understand the rules of growth hormone, growth hormone and thyroid hormone. Methods Serum growth hormone (GH), thyrotropin (TSH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), testosterone (T), estradiol (E2) content was measured. Results The serum T level of men and women in decelerating stage was higher than that in accelerating stage, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The FSH and E2 in both men and women showed that the decelerating period was lower than that in accelerating stage, and the difference was extremely significant. In the accelerated phase, the male P <0.05, female P <0.01; GH slowed down slightly faster than the accelerated phase, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions Sudden growth of adolescent growth is mainly regulated by sex hormones.
