钼是人体必需的微量元素之一,人体内钼含量与某些疾病甚至癌症有关联.人发中钼含量很低,仅为60~200ppb.有关人发中钼的测定报导甚少.我们采用杏仁酸-硫酸-氯酸钠体系,接合氧瓶燃烧法消化样品,由钼的催化极谱电流分析测定人发中痕量钼.本方法灵敏度高,可达24ppb;取样量少(<100mg);分析速度快(<15min);仪器价廉;操作简便;宜于推广为人发中痕量铝的快速常规测试方法. 1.测定介质的组成与浓度的选择经试验,找到人发中钼测定的最佳体系为0.2M硫酸-0.1M杏仁酸-20%氯酸钠. 2.人发样品的预处理及发样燃烧包装纸的空白试验
