利用本文作者等最近发展的量电法,进一步研究了18Cr-8 Ni型不锈钢的贫Cr区。在不同电位下测定J-t曲线并对所得溶液进行分析的结果表明,贫Cr层是由贫Cr程度不等的连续区域组成的.对于在650℃敏化处理2小时的18Cr-8Ni型不锈钢说来,贫Cr层中含Cr量低于8.7%的仅128埃(Cr_(23)C_6的每一侧),低于16.1%的仅384埃,而整个贫Cr区宽度则达200埃左右。这样,利用这一方法,我们第一次定量地得出了Cr在贫Cr层中的分布图。
Using the recent development of the electrocatalytic method of the author of this article, the lean Cr region of 18Cr-8 Ni stainless steel is further studied. The results of measuring the Jt curves at different potentials and analyzing the obtained solutions show that the Cr-depleted layer is composed of contiguous areas of Cr-depleted grade, and for the 18Cr-8Ni-type stainless steel sensitized at 650C for 2 hours Only 128 Angstroms (Cr_ (23) C_6 on each side) containing less than 8.7% Cr, only 384 Angstroms less than 16.1%, and the entire width of the Cr-depleted region reaching about 200 Angstroms. In this way, for the first time, using this method, we obtained the distribution of Cr in the Cr depleted layer quantitatively.
