Mei Niang is one of the most famous female writers in the Japanese occupied territories during the war of resistance against Japan. After being neglected for half a century, Mei Niang was reevaluated and many of the old works can be redeemed. However, the author deliberately made some reprints of the old book. This article shows the case of the diaspora as an example. The rewritten works not only lose the authenticity of the original works and the language tension produced under the extreme conditions, but also depress the depressed persons who are the same as the “overseas nationals” Emotion into a pure rap. The article believes that Mei Niang’s works can be said that no one is Mei days, no need to be amended in any one article. It can be said that her works have gained immortality by contrasting with the deeper roots of human existence in “Patriotic Anti-Japanese War.”
