为进一步推动我国的建筑节能工作,全面深入贯彻《民用建筑节能管理规定》,积极开发和大力推广《民用建筑节能管理规定》中鼓励发展地下能源与太阳能新能源技术在建筑中应用,应瑞典OLZI能源咨询集团公司、荷兰荷丰公司、荷兰住房环境部的邀请,由建设部科技司、建设部建筑节能办公室组织了建设部赴瑞典荷兰建筑节能技术考察团,于2001年10月16—31日前往瑞典和荷兰对地下能源与太阳能等新能源在建筑上的应用技术进行考察。 本刊分上下两期刊登此文,希望对业界了解和借鉴国外建筑能源应用的经验有所帮助。
To further promote China’s building energy efficiency, comprehensively and thoroughly implement the “Civil Building Energy Management Regulations”, and actively develop and promote “Civil Building Energy Management Regulations” to encourage the development of underground energy and solar energy new energy technologies in the construction of the application should Sweden OLZI Energy Consulting Group, the Netherlands Dutch abundance company, the Netherlands Ministry of Housing Environment Department’s invitation, the Ministry of Construction Science and Technology, Ministry of Construction Building Energy Conservation Office organized the Ministry of Construction to Sweden, the Netherlands building energy-saving technology mission, October 16-31, 2001 Travel to Sweden and the Netherlands to examine the application of new energy sources such as underground energy and solar energy to buildings. This issue is published in the next two issues of this article, hoping to understand the industry and learn from foreign experience in building energy applications helpful.
