少而精与精讲多练是教学方法中的重要原则,是讲深讲透基本内容与突出重点的主要手段之一。本文结合理论力学的教学内容谈谈如何贯彻少而精与精讲多练的一点体会。 理论力学是一门概念性、系统性和实践性较强的的技术基础课。学得好坏,会直接影响其他后继课程的学习。以往学生学习理论力学后,都有这样的体会:就是“理论容易解题难”,甚至遇到一些习题(特别是一些动力学的习题)感到难以下手。而且近年来新制订的理论力学教学大纲,在不增加总学时的情况下,又增添了一些新内容。因此,教好理论力学并不是一件容易的事,迫切要求我们注意改进教学方法,提高教学质量。 改进教学方法和提高教学质量,涉及到的内容是很广泛的。下面我仅以理论力学课堂教学中如何贯彻少而精与精讲多练的一些体会谈一点看法。
