我校有一些不良現象,首先是教師的舊的甚至反動的思想作風仍然存在。如一位教師在上物理課講到速度的合成時說:「兩個分向量代表兩個不同的陣營,合成的向量代表第三者,不倒向任何一邊」。還有些教師教學不負責,不批改作業,考試過了一個多月也不評卷。其次,教師和學校領導對同學的思想問題,不採取耐心教育和正確批評的方法,都採取強制的「不通也要通」的方法。如學校領導對同學底戀愛問題不正面地進行正確戀愛觀的教育,卻採取了生硬地把男女生分班、盤問男女同學的錯誤方法。我校領導上還存在著工作拖拉的官僚主義作風。領導對同學的健康極不關心,伙食不清潔,飯菜內經常發現毛蟲、蒼蠅和泥渣,更糟的是有糞便和洋油,有一個時期洗飯桶的水是臭水。同學提出了要求改善伙食的意見,領導上卻用「享樂,不安心學習」、
