内部控制是提高企业运作效率、降低运营成本的主要方法,特别是随着市场竞争的不断加剧,如何完善内部控制的设计与实施直接关系到企业的运营和发展。但是,在企业管理过程中,影响内部控制有效性的因素有很多,因此,本文主要对企业内部控制有效性及其影响因素进行分析,进而提出相应的应对措施,希望强化企业内部控制体系,提高企业管理水平。
