本文以当代培训绩效评估理论体系为依据,通过对目前企业培训中心培训绩效评估现状的分析,提出了现代企业培训中心培训绩效评估体系的构建原则和模型设想。
Based on the theoretical system of contemporary training performance evaluation, this paper presents the construction principles and model assumptions of the training performance evaluation system of the modern enterprise training center by analyzing the current status of the training performance evaluation of enterprise training centers.
