以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成一种对氯化钠垢有良好阻垢效果的阻垢剂(SCSI)。采用单因素法和正交实验法对单体质量配比、引发剂用量、单体质量浓度、反应时间和反应温度进行最佳条件的优选,并对SCSI用量和pH值对阻垢性能影响进行评价。实验结果表明:单体质量配比m(AA)∶m(AMPS)=7∶3、反应温度70℃、单体质量浓度28%、引发剂质量浓度0.1%、反应时间4h、pH值为8,聚合物加量为320mg/L,增溶率达到14.6%。与十二烷基苯磺酸钠复配后的增溶率达到18%。
