创立自主品牌是自主创新的重要方面。众多的中国企业通过代工生产学习了技术并形成了生产能力,但长期来看,必须形成自主品牌才能够实现中国经济的可持续和节约化发展。然而,对企业来说,代工还是自创品牌却是内生于经济利益的理性选择。本文通过构造一个内生性选择的模型刻画了企业从代工阶段过渡到自创品牌阶段的过程,从中找出企业选择自创品牌的内生激励条件,进一步得出相应的政策含义。
Creating an independent brand is an important aspect of independent innovation. A large number of Chinese enterprises have learned technology and formed productive capacities through foundry production. In the long run, however, it is necessary to form their own brands to achieve sustainable and economical development of China’s economy. However, for enterprises, foundry or own brand is a rational choice endogenous to economic interests. By constructing a model of endogenous selection, this paper depicts the process of enterprise transition from foundry to self-made brand stage, and finds out the endogenous motivation conditions for enterprises to choose their own brand to further derive the corresponding policy implications.
