磨削加工中,磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹是种常见的缺陷,在技工学校教材《磨工工艺学》中,对烧伤和裂纹作了重要分析。学生在实习过程中也常碰到这一现象,特别是在轴承套圈的磨削过程中,轴承套圈一般是采有GCr15或GCr15SiMn材料制成的,而铬轴承钢经热处理后具有不少的优点:硬度高而均匀;具有良好的耐磨性;较高的弹性极限和疲劳强度。因此,它得到了广泛应用。但在磨削加工时,如稍不加注意,容易引起磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹。本文就轴承套圈(轴承钢)的磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹作初步的探索。
