目的:建立正常牙合牙及牙弓长宽高数据,将有利于对错牙合的诊断与分析。方法:选择出54例正常牙合,男20例,女34例,年龄在13~16岁之间。测量模型的牙冠及牙弓,通过计算机进行数据分析,取得了牙冠宽度,牙弓宽度及长度等的平均值和标准差。结果:牙冠宽度牙弓宽度及磨牙区牙弓长度男大于女,差异除尖牙冠宽及磨牙区牙弓宽度显著外(P<0.05),其余值差异均不显著。结论:各项指标所得平均值性别间差异不显著可合并计算,所得值可作为临床参考值
Objective: To establish the data of normal occlusion and dental arch length-width and height, which will be helpful for the diagnosis and analysis of malocclusion. Methods: Select 54 cases of normal occlusion, 20 males and 34 females, aged 13 to 16 years old. The crown and the dental arch of the model were measured and the data were analyzed by computer. The mean and standard deviation of crown width, dental arch width and length were obtained. Results: The width of the dental arch and the length of the dental arch of the molar were larger than those of the female, with the difference being significant except for the canine coronal width and the arch width of the molar area (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is no significant difference between the average of the indicators obtained by gender, which can be combined to calculate the value obtained as a clinical reference value
