在1979—1980年研究的基础上,为了进一步证实干旱是该病的病原还是发病的先导条件,我们于1981试验年度在温室和室外进行了进一步的研究,现将本年的研究结果报告如下。 一、研究方法和结果 (一)病原测定 1、盆栽干旱试验:1980年冬和1981年春在温室和室外进行两次盆栽试验。取本所多砾质面砂土拌匀后装入陶盆内(盆直径33厘米,高30厘米)。盆中施入等量基肥,中间置一“L” 型塑料管设如下处理:(1)结荚期干旱:盆内0
Based on the 1979-1980 study, further studies were conducted in the greenhouse and outdoors in the 1981 pilot year to further confirm whether drought is the causative agent of the disease or not. The results of this year’s study are reported below.
