康德写过一些短文章,都不是散文随笔式的,而是一板一眼的哲学论文,读起来并不轻松,要理解它们,难度甚至超过他的大著作,因为这些短文,虽是针对某一个具体问题,但从他的哲学武库中搬来全套的武器,所以只有理解他的全部批判哲学精神,才能真正弄懂这些文章;当然,反过来说,这些文章也能对理解他的全部哲学精神有所帮助。我们现在要研读的这篇短文是针对了当时德国哲学思潮中的一个倾向:理性的哲学似乎可以用一种情感或天才的诗意来占领,康德以自己的批判哲学精神很仔细地加以分析批评,批评得很尖锐,也有讽刺挖苦,但理路还是很透彻的。这个问题,对于我们做哲学的,似乎有相当的普遍性,值得我们探讨。
