同步记录犬心内膜、心外膜MAP,对比观察了两者在形态、电生理学参数、发生时间上的异同。两者形态相近,发生时间上心外膜要早。统计结果:MAPA心内膜、心外膜分别为33.41±5.53mv、40.80±7.76mv(P<0.01);Vmax心内、外膜分别为3.65±1.12V/S、3.97±0.99V/S(P<0.05);MAPD_(10、50、90);心内膜分别为31.88±14.78ms、95.43±15.18ms、142.76±22.41ms、膜分别为45.97±10.59ms,94.97±14.99ms、126.80±21.45ms。观察了压力与MAP形成的关系。心外对长记录时MAP的变化进行了初步分析,为深入MAP的研究提供了电生理基础资料。
Simultaneous recording of endocardium and epicardial MAP in dogs was carried out to compare the morphological and electrophysiological parameters and occurrence time. Morphology similar to the occurrence of epicardial earlier. Statistical results: MAPA endocardial and epicardial were 33.41 ± 5.53mv, 40.80 ± 7.76mv (P <0.01); Vmax cardioplegia and adventitia were 3.65 ± 1.12V / S and 3.97 ± 0.99V / S respectively P <0.05); MAPD_ (10,50,90); endocardium were 31.88 ± 14.78ms, 95.43 ± 15.18ms and 142.76 ± 22.41ms respectively, and the values of membrane were 45.97 ± 10.59ms, 94.97 ± 14.99ms, 126.80 ± 21.45 ms. The relationship between pressure and MAP formation was observed. The preliminary analysis of the changes of MAP during long-term recording was made outside the heart, which provided basic information of electrophysiology for the further study of MAP.
