考察了在醋酸精馏过程中分别加入醋酸钾和硝酸银溶液脱除碘离子的效果,结果表明两种溶液均具有高效脱碘能力,当醋酸钾与原料液中碘离子的质量比大于10、AgNO3与碘离子的摩尔比大于化学计量比即可将碘离子脱除至很低的含量(<10×10-9)。
The effects of adding potassium acetate and silver nitrate solution to remove iodide ions were respectively investigated in the process of acetic acid distillation. The results showed that both solutions had high iodine removal efficiency. When the mass ratio of potassium acetate to iodide in the raw material was more than 10, The molar ratio of AgNO3 to iodide ions is greater than the stoichiometric ratio to remove iodide ions to very low levels (<10 x 10-9).
