青少年是祖国的未来和希望,是中国社会主义现代化建设事业的接班人,所以需要加强对青少年品质和素质的培养,这直接关系着现代化建设的成败,而且与党、国家和民族的前途息息相关。在提升青少年品质和素养培养过程中,校外教育是不可或缺的重要组成部分,校外教育在引导青少年健康成长,培养青少年健康的人格、自信心、兴趣特长、毅力及团队合作能力方面发挥着非常重要的作用。从开展青少年校外教育的重要性入手,分析了校外教育在青少年品质和素质中需要具备的条件,并进一步对校外教育在提升青少年品质和素质中的措施进行了具体的阐述。
