以水稻斑马叶突变体B411为材料,对剪根尖处理的秧苗和未移栽的对照进行不同光强、光周期、光周期数和温度处理,研究了斑马叶性状的表达条件。结果表明:大于300μmol.m-2.s-1光强和剪根是诱导B411斑马叶性状表达的必要条件。在光强1 000μmol.m-2.s-1,光照期温度32℃和暗期温度22℃的条件下,诱导斑马叶性状表达的临界光长为3 h。在光周期为12 h/12h的条件下,诱导斑马叶性状表达的最少光周期数为2个。在强光照条件下,温度越高黄色横纹失绿程度越明显。遗传分析表明,B411斑马叶性状符合一对隐性基因控制的性状。
The zebra leaf mutant B411 was used as material to study the expression of zebra leaf traits under different light intensity, photoperiod, photoperiod number and temperature for root pruning and non-transplanting. The results showed that the light intensity of more than 300μmol.m-2.s-1 and root cutting were the necessary conditions to induce the expression of B411 zebra leaf traits. Under the conditions of light intensity of 1 000 μmol.m-2.s-1, light temperature of 32 ℃ and dark temperature of 22 ℃, the critical light length of zebra leaf traits was 3 h. Under the condition of photoperiod 12 h / 12 h, the minimum number of photoperiod induced by zebra leaf traits was 2. Under strong light conditions, the higher the temperature, the more obvious the degree of yellowish greenish-yellowish lines. Genetic analysis showed that the B411 zebra leaf trait conformed to a pair of recessive gene-controlled traits.
