随着高等教育的普及化程度逐渐提高、社会需求的逐渐转变,高校大学生的人才培养目标也在随之不断调整。作为应用型的外语学院,为了培养更加出色的当代商务外语人才,确立了“信念执著、品德优良、知识丰富、本领扎实”的培养目标。本文就是针对人才培养总目标,提出可行有效的工作思路和建议。力求未来教育不仅重视培养学生扎实的专业技能,更能在思想道德上提高精神素养,促进和谐社会发展进程。 With the popularization of higher education gradually increased, the gradual transformation of social needs, college students’ talent training objectives are also constantly adjusted. As an application-oriented foreign language college, in order to cultivate more outstanding foreign language talents in business affairs, it has set up a training goal of “faithfulness, good moral character, rich knowledge and solid skills”. This article is aimed at the overall goal of personnel training, put forward feasible and effective work ideas and recommendations. Striving for future education not only pays great attention to cultivating students’ solid professional skills, but also improving their moral qualities and promoting the development of a harmonious society.
