目的为了进一步评价弱视治疗前后全视野图形反转视诱发电位P100波变化。方法随机选择29例(58眼)弱视儿童及30例正常儿童,两组年龄均4~12岁,采用Nomadle电生理仪进行电生理检查。结果发现弱视组PR-VEPP100振幅明显低于正常对照组;潜伏期则比正常对照组明显延长。弱视经治疗后,其视力达09~10时,PR-VEPP100潜伏期与治疗前的P100潜伏期比较明显缩短。结论弱视儿童的PR-VEPP100振幅降低,P100潜伏期延长。弱视经治疗,视力达基本正常时P100潜伏期可以逆转;但VEP振幅恢复不明显
Objective To further evaluate the change of P100 wave of visual evoked potentials (POV) in the whole field before and after amblyopia treatment. Methods 29 cases (58 eyes) of amblyopia children and 30 normal children were randomly selected. Both groups were 4 to 12 years old. Electroencephalography was performed with Nomadle electrophysiograph. The results showed that the amblyopia group PR-VEPP100 amplitude was significantly lower than the normal control group; latency was significantly longer than the normal control group. Amblyopia after treatment, the visual acuity of 0 9 ~ 1 0, PR-VEPP100 incubation period compared with pre-treatment P100 latency was significantly shortened. Conclusion The amblyopia children PR-VEPP100 amplitude decreased, P100 latency prolonged. Amblyopia after treatment, visual acuity up to normal P100 latency can be reversed; but VEP amplitude recovery was not obvious
