某院按照国家档案法规定,将信访案例和结案医疗纠纷案例全部纳入医疗纠纷档案管理,加强医疗纠纷档案管理的成功实践。在医疗纠纷档案管理实践中,按照医疗纠纷档案的基本内涵,将医疗纠纷和投诉中形成的、具有查考保存价值的文书材料确定为医疗纠纷档案收集的主要内容。某院医疗纠纷档案立卷归档按照“一事一卷”的原则,保证材料之间有机联系和文件的完整性立卷,医疗纠纷档案内容齐全、管理规范。医疗纠纷档案管理应注重实效性,持续提高医疗服务质量及安全,实现医疗纠纷的明显下降。
