提高个体知识整合能力能够有效的提高组织对于知识的利用效率。根据社会交换理论和组织行为理论,将知识整合行为的知识共享与知识融合与动机、态度、技术和环境等四个行为要素相结合,构建出个体知识整合行为影响因素的研究模型,并提出了相应假设。通过对211名高校教师进行问卷调查,利用SPSS17.0软件和结构方程模型对收集到的数据进行了统计、分析和检验,最终得出信任、沟通和共享意愿对个体知识分享有正向影响作用,知识分类、知识储备和成员异质性正向影响知识融合,知识分享和知识融合之间为正相关关系。
Improving the ability of individual knowledge integration can effectively improve the organization’s efficiency in using knowledge. According to social exchange theory and organizational behavior theory, this paper combines knowledge sharing and knowledge fusion of knowledge integration behavior with four behavioral factors such as motivation, attitude, technology and environment, and builds a research model of the influencing factors of individual knowledge integration behavior.
