大体积高强混凝土既要保证混凝土的抗压强度,又要保证混凝土裂缝控制这一技术难题。本文结合某工程基础底板大体积混凝土施工为例,根据已有的理论体系,对大体积、高强度混凝土施工中混凝土的抗压、抗拉强度和裂缝的控制进行了研究,通过对大体积高强混凝土工程中的配合比设计、原材料的选用及质量控制、混凝土生产和施工过程质量控制等措施,尤其是复合矿物掺合料的使用,有效地解决了混凝土的强度和裂缝问题,保证了大体积高强混凝土的质量。
Large-volume high-strength concrete should not only ensure the compressive strength of concrete, but also to ensure concrete crack control of this technical problems.
