县乡公路是整个公路网的基础,是农村最主要的基础设施。如果说国、省道干线公路是全国的交通大动脉,那么县乡公路就是毛细血管,沟通着城市和乡村,连接着产品和市场,直接服务于农业和广大农民群众。随着国家加大对农村公路的投入,县乡公路的发展进入了快车道,但是,我们在为所取得的成绩欣喜的同时,也看到了县乡公路总体上还不能满足农村经济发展的需要,尤其是重建轻养的现象比较突出。
County road is the basis of the entire road network, is the most important rural infrastructure. If we say that the national highway is the national transportation artery, then the county and township roads are capillaries that communicate with cities and villages, connecting the products and markets, and serving directly the masses of farmers and the general masses. As the state has increased its investment in rural roads, the development of county and township roads has entered a fast lane. However, while we are delighted with the achievements we have made, we also see that the county and township highways as a whole still can not meet the needs of rural economic development In particular, the phenomenon of reconstruction of light and support is more prominent.
