目的探讨血清白血病抑制因子(LIF)水平与肥胖和2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法 44例初诊T2DM患者分为肥胖组(A组,22例,BMI≥25kg/m2)和非肥胖组(B组,22例,BMI<25kg/m~2),44例健康体检人群分为肥胖组(C组,22例,BMI≥25kg/m~2)和非肥胖组(D组,22例,BMI<25kg/m~2)。ELISA法测定各组血清LIF和IL-6水平。结果 A、B组年龄、FBG、HbA1c和LIF均高于C、D组(P<0.05),A组C反应蛋白(CRP)和IL-6水平高于C、D组(P<0.05);A组FBG、IL-6、CRP、LIF和BMI亦高于B组(P<0.05);C组LIF、IL-6、BMI、CRP、TG亦高于D组(P<0.05)。LIF水平与年龄、FBG、HbA1c、CRP、BMI、腰臀比和IL-6呈正相关(r=0.228、0.729、0.665、0.852、0.627、0.601和0.911,P<0.01)。CRP和IL-6是血清LIF的的独立相关因素(P<0.01)。结论 T2DM患者血清LIF与炎症反应有关;LIF可能参与了肥胖及T2DM的发生、发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Forty-four newly diagnosed T2DM patients were divided into obesity group (A group, 22 cases, BMI≥25kg / m2) and non-obese group (B group, 22 cases, BMI <25kg / m2) Obese group (C group, 22 cases, BMI≥25kg / m ~ 2) and non-obese group (D group, 22 cases, BMI <25kg / m ~ 2). Serum levels of LIF and IL-6 were measured by ELISA. Results The age, FBG, HbA1c and LIF in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C and D (P <0.05). The levels of C reactive protein (CRP) and IL - 6 in group A were higher than those in group C and D (P <0.05). The levels of FBG, IL-6, CRP, LIF and BMI in group A were also higher than those in group B (P <0.05). The levels of LIF, IL-6, BMI, CRP and TG in group C were also significantly higher than those in group D (P <0.05). The level of LIF was positively correlated with age, FBG, HbA1c, CRP, BMI, WHR and IL-6 (r = 0.228,0.729,0.665,0.852,0.627,0.601,0.911, P <0.01). CRP and IL-6 were independent correlates of serum LIF (P <0.01). Conclusions Serum LIF in T2DM patients is related to inflammatory reaction. LIF may be involved in the occurrence and development of obesity and T2DM.
