党的十七届五中全会明确指出,党的领导是实现“十二五”时期经济社会发展目标的根本保证。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心,只有坚持中国共产党的领导,才能保证“十二五”时期经济社会发展目标的实现。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party made it clear that the party’s leadership is the fundamental guarantee for realizing the goal of economic and social development during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period. The Chinese Communist Party is the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Only by adhering to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party can we ensure the realization of the objectives of economic and social development during the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” period.
