目的探讨酸性氧化电位水替代75%乙醇应用于皮试消毒的可行性,为选择更为合适的皮试消毒剂提供依据。方法选择医护人员、陪护及家属68人为受试者,将其双前臂尺侧皮肤划分为4个试验区域,其中1个区域为阳性对照区,其余各试验区按皮试区常规消毒操作方法分别采用75%乙醇、生理盐水、酸性氧化电位水进行处理,作用1min后采样,进行细菌计数,计算杀灭细菌数对数值,评价处理效果;处理过程中观察局部皮肤反应。结果上述3种制剂处理后均能显著降低试验区域皮肤的自然菌含量(均P<0.01);与75%乙醇比较,生理盐水的除菌数量明显减少(P<0.05),而酸性氧化电位水与之差异无统计学意义。以消毒效果评价,75%乙醇和酸性氧化电位水对试验区域皮肤自然菌消毒合格,生理盐水消毒不合格。酸性氧化电位水和生理盐水均未引起皮肤局部反应,而75%乙醇的皮肤过敏反应发生率为5.9%。结论 75%乙醇及酸性氧化电位水对皮试区自然菌具有较好的杀灭作用,而生理盐水仅起到部分清除作用,不可作为消毒剂使用;酸性氧化电位水不仅消毒效果良好,且无过敏反应发生,可作为皮试前消毒剂使用。
Objective To explore the feasibility of applying acidic oxidizing potential water instead of 75% ethanol to skin test disinfection, and to provide a basis for choosing a more suitable skin test disinfectant. Methods A total of 68 medical staffs, relatives and their relatives were selected as subjects. The ulnar forearm ulnar skin was divided into 4 test areas, 1 of which was the positive control area. The rest of the test areas were disinfected by routine disinfection methods The cells were treated with 75% ethanol, physiological saline and acidic oxidation potential water for 1min. Results All the above three preparations could significantly reduce the natural bacterial content of the skin in the test area (all P <0.01). To evaluate the disinfection effect, 75% ethanol and acidic oxidizing potential water disinfection of natural skin bacteria in the test area, physiological saline disinfection failed. Acidic oxidizing potential water and saline did not cause local skin reactions, while the incidence of 75% ethanol skin irritation was 5.9%. Conclusions 75% ethanol and acid oxidation potential water have a good killing effect on natural bacteria in the skin test area, while physiological saline can only act as a disinfectant and can not be used as a disinfectant.
