目的:研究不典型肺结核的影像学特征,为临床诊断提供帮助。方法:选择本院2011年8月至2015年7月收治的不典型肺结核患者35例,对其临床症状、CT影像学资料等进行回顾分析和总结。结果:不典型肺结核在影像学特征上,具有多样性、复杂性,主要征象有片状实变阴影、阻塞性肺炎、淋巴结肿大和块状阴影等。结论:不典型肺结核的CT影像缺乏特异性,容易导致误诊,必需综合利用多种诊断方法,结合患者临床症状,提高对不典型肺结核患者的诊断准确率。
Objective: To study the imaging features of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis and provide help for clinical diagnosis. Methods: Thirty-five patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to July 2015 were selected and their clinical symptoms and CT imaging data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results: Atypical pulmonary tuberculosis in the imaging features, with diversity, complexity, the main signs of a sheet of solidified shadow, obstructive pneumonia, lymph nodes and massive shadow and so on. Conclusion: CT images of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis are not specific and easily lead to misdiagnosis. It is necessary to comprehensively use a variety of diagnostic methods to improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis according to clinical symptoms.
