住宅建设是关系国家长治久安和国计民生的大事,俗话说,安居方能乐业。中央和政府主管部门对住宅建设高度重视,在九届人大闭幕后的记者招待会上朱总理明确指出:“住宅建设将要成为中国经济新的增长,最”。为了促进我国经济的稳步增长,中央确定今年我国国民经济增长速度为8%,而商品零售价涨幅则控制在3%以内。这是中央根据当前的经济形势,防止东南亚金融危机可能给我国经济带来一些波动而提出的重要目标。为了确保这一目标的顺利实现及“九五”期间我国经济稳定持续健康增长,就必须大力发展住宅建设。
Housing construction is a major event that concerns the country’s long-term peace and stability and the well-being of its people and people’s livelihood. The central government and government departments attach great importance to housing construction. At the press conference after the conclusion of the Ninth NPC, Premier Zhu pointed out clearly that “housing construction will become the new growth of China’s economy and the most”. In order to promote the steady growth of China’s economy, the Central Government has determined that the national economic growth rate of our country will be 8% this year, while the retail price increase of commodities will be controlled within 3%. This is an important objective set forth by the Central Government in light of the current economic situation and the prevention of possible fluctuations in the economy of Southeast Asia by the financial crisis in Southeast Asia. In order to ensure the smooth realization of this goal and the sustained and healthy economic growth in our country during the “Ninth Five-Year Plan”, we must vigorously develop housing construction.
